Yani Tyskerud oversees research quality, research ethics, donor liaison, and financial management for the Returns to Apprenticeship Training project. Prior to joining IPA, Yani conducted research in the nonprofit and private sectors in Cambodia, India, the UK, and Sierra Leone, focusing on labour markets, urban development, and access to financial services. Yani holds an MSc in Local Economic Development from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a First Class Honours Degree in European Studies from the University of Manchester.
