Pedro Llanos is a Research Coordinator at IPA Peru. He is currently working on the management and development of projects related to education and financial inclusion. Prior to joining IPA, Pedro worked on survey research at Ipsos Peru and as a co-investigator in projects on industrial policy and natural resource governance. He holds an MSc in the Political Economy of Emerging Markets from King's College London and a BSc in Social Sciences form the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru (PUCP).
