Morine Akinyi Odongo is currently a Field Manager with IPA's UBI project, leading a team of 55 Field Officers, 21 Senior Field Offices and 3 Assitant Field Managers in conducting Household surveys in the GEM and Bondo sub-locations. She is tasked with ensuring a cohesive team that adheres to IPA protocols, rules, and regulations, collecting credible and reliable data that when analyzed will be used to inform policymakers. Morine smoothly operates all HR, Logistical, Inventory related issues with the support of an RA and the AFM's. She was previously an Associate Field Manager working on the UBI, GEM, UBI, and ELCS projects. Morine has also worked with Marie Stopes Kenya (MSK) as a Research Coordinator acting as a link between IPA's SPARQ Project and the MSK research team, leading a team on Post Abortion Care (PAC).
