Md Kabir manages all administrative issues on security, registration, bank accounts, taxation, visas, and work permits for foreign employees. He also provides support for the logistics and operations for all research projects in Bangladesh. Md joined IPA in 2010 as a Country Representative and point of contact to establish the IPA Bangladesh office. Previously, he worked on several research projects by different international development organizations and universities. Md earned his BA and MA from the University of Dhaka.
