Julio Riutort is an Assistant Professor of Finance at the School of Business of Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez. His research and teaching specializes in corporate finance and valuation. Julio has participated in research projects on: environmental regulation and investment; mergers and acquisitions regulation and the value of corporate control; policy uncertainty and cash holdings; differences in institutions and legal enforcement and their impact on corporate decisions; individual’s savings decisions in defined contribution pension systems; and entrepreneurship training programs.
