John Poul Wamai is working with the Right-Fit Evidence Unit in Uganda, where he is supporting monitoring, evaluation and learning activities of several NGOs working on Early Childhood Development interventions. John Poul has been working with IPA since January 2010 and most recently worked on a payment-by-results project with Instiglio, leading an independent verification exercise with over 2,283 households across two central districts in Uganda. John Poul comes with 10 years cumulative experience in Monitoring & Evaluation of Development Projects, supporting Data Collection and Team Training. John Poul holds a Master of Statistics and a BSc in Quantitative Economics both from Makerere University and a post-graduate diploma in Monitoring & Evaluation from Uganda Management Institute.
