Felix Brima Kanu works closely with Research Associates, the Research Coordinator, and other field staff members to carry out various research-related tasks like hiring and training of enumerators, supervising, and overseeing fieldwork activities to ensure quality and fieldwork effectiveness. He often prepares budgets for field staff. He travels to rural communities in his supervisory task. He has worked with IPA for close to a decade as a temporary staff before becoming a full-time staff in September 2019. He has worked on many projects including, ELA, Debates, and currently on a consumer protection project with the United Nations Capital Development Fund (UNCDF). Before joining IPA, Felix has done research fieldwork for other organizations like the World Food Programme (WFP), World Vision, the International Center for AIDS Care and Treatment Programs (ICAP), and Sierra Leone Statistics to name a few. He holds a diploma in Information Technology and is presently doing an online degree program on Applied Technology at Brigham Young University.
