Faith McCollister is Associate Director of Business and Program Development at Innovations for Poverty Action. She has overseen dozens of rigorous impact evaluations, directing IPA's research operations in the Philippines and Zambia, and overseeing the organization's Peace and Recovery Initiative. Projects she's worked on include examining girls' school attendance and empowerment in Zambia, nurturing partnerships with the Zambia Ministries of Education and Health, and overseeing a portfolio of projects focused on improving social and economic outcomes for high-risk youth in Uganda and Liberia through the Peace and Recovery program. She has also worked in conjunction with Catholic Relief Services, supporting research and setting up Monitoring and Evaluation systems around the world, including a rapid joint assessment of the humanitarian crisis in Nigeria. Faith holds a B.A. in Anthropology and English from Emory University and an MPH in Forced Migration and Health from Columbia University.
