Christiana is responsible for all matters relating to HR at the Ghana IPA office. She is an ADR Practitioner and People and Talent Management expert. Prior to joining IPA, Christiana worked as the HR Manager with Metropolis Healthcare Ltd. Before then, she worked with Sage Petroleum as an HR Generalist and has four years of experience in the energy sector.
