Andrew Tedesco manages a portfolio of existing research and new project opportunities, and financial and administrative operations in Sierra Leone and Liberia. Prior to joining IPA in 2013, he worked for three years in Sierra Leone and Liberia as an economic advisor to the Government of Liberia and a researcher with the German Institue of Economic Research and the World Bank. Andrew has a MSc in Development Economics from the University of London School of Oriental and African Studies and a BA in Economics and Political Science from McGill University.
