Niall Keleher manages the Data Science and Engineering team's work to accelerate IPA's impact with better, faster, cheaper data solutions. Niall has extensive experience in data collection and analysis. He has worked in international development research for more than 15 years. He was IPA Malawi's first employee and country director from 2009 to 2011. Niall was IPA's Director of Research Methods and Knowledge Management from 2012 to 2014. After completing a PhD at the University of California, Berkeley’s School of Information, Niall worked at Stanford Graduate School of Business, Research Improving People's Lives, and Textio. Niall holds a BA in Economics from the Johns Hopkins University and an MPA/ID from the Harvard Kennedy School.
