As Associate Policy and Project Development Manager, Karisha supports IPA Philippines in steering project development initiatives, overseeing policy outreach work, stewarding relationships with key partners, including engaging with key partners in governments, NGOs, foundations, and multilateral aid agencies. She provides oversight in organizing policy events and evidence workshops to build partner capacity to use data and evidence for decision-making. She also leads in coordinating the development of embedded evidence lab models with government partners. Karisha holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Research and a Master’s degree in Development Economics from the University of the Philippines.
