Gabriela works on a project using Machine Learning and Big Data to provide access to microcredit for low-income women without credit histories. Before joining the IPA Dominican Republic office, Gabriela worked as an intern at the IPA Peru office, as a data consultant for the Office of the Vice-Provost (Research) at the University College London Public Policy division. Gabriela holds an MSc in International Public Policy with an International Economics minor from University College London and a BA in Economics from the University of Manchester.
