Anthropologist specialized in indigenous peoples and diverse populations, involuntary resettlement, sociocultural analysis, qualitative assessments and applied social research, poverty reduction, and multi-sectoral development programs. Extensive experience advising governments on public policy formulation and service delivery for vulnerable populations and culturally or identically differentiated groups. Master in Applied Anthropology and candidate for Ph.D in Social Anthropology. She has worked at the IDB since 1997.
