Oumar Koné is a Policy Associate at IPA Côte d'Ivoire. He is currently working on the Jobs Lab project whose mission is to provide technical assistance in the implementation of the Jobs Lab work plan and to contribute to the capacity building of public actors involved in the definition and implementation of employment policies. Previously, Oumar worked within the IPA-CI RFE team as a Junior M&E Associate on education and EDC projects and as a supervisor at the European Institute for Cooperation and Development. He has also worked as a Research Associate at the Ivorian Centre for Economic and Social Research in the International Economic Relations Analysis Unit. Oumar holds a Master's degree in Development
